You don’t need more surface-level advice. You need a space to think, reflect, and move forward—your way.

BASED IN OAKLAND, AVAILABLE GLOBALLY

I help high-achieving professionals navigate people, power, and purpose.

You’re already capable. You don’t need fixing—you need clarity.

My coaching isn’t about quick tips or rigid formulas. It’s about helping you uncover the patterns, fears, and internal blocks that are quietly shaping your decisions, relationships, and career.

Because once you can see what’s really going on, you can lead, relate, and grow with authenticity.

I work with people who are successful on the outside—but navigating real tension inside.

Many of my clients are:

  • Taking on a new leadership role (and questioning themselves more than they expected)

  • Managing challenging personalities or power dynamics at work

  • Ready to grow, but unsure what’s holding them back

  • Trying to lead more powerfully—without compromising who they are

Some come to me for career coaching. Others come for personal or relationship guidance. Most find that we end up working across all three, because that’s where the real growth happens.

What is coaching like with me?

I’ve always been drawn to the layer underneath the conversation—the belief beneath the behavior, the story beneath the struggle.

I’m warm, direct, and deeply intuitive. My superpower is helping people feel seen and safe—while gently challenging them to go deeper.

My background combines psychology, executive coaching, leadership development, and years of experience helping people see themselves more clearly. I’m not afraid of silence. I don’t rush insights. And I won’t pretend there’s a checklist for becoming the leader or partner you want to be.

But I’ll walk with you as you figure out what’s real, what’s in the way, and what’s next.

Each session is what we make it. We can tackle events from the week, or dive deep into values and long term goal and life alignment with those values. I provide a non-judgmental space to be your true self.

My process is very collaborative. Our coaching sessions will always be client driven. We start the session with you selecting the coaching topic and a goal for the end of the session, and then we take a journey to get there. Some cry… most laugh, and then we end up with some sort of a plan or action item at the end of the session.

While I have exercises and tools we can use, those are just a supplement to the coaching process. You are in the driver seat and we adjust as we go to align with your personal style, pace, and goals.

Research shows that the coaching relationship is essential for achieving meaningful coaching outcomes. This relationship is a two- way street, shaped by both the coach’s and the client’s competencies, motivation, and experiences. This relationship is built on trust, rapport, and the coach’s experience.

Why clients choose me

The most impactful coaching is achieved through a strong coaching relationship, and building a genuine connection with each and every one of my clients is one of my greatest strengths. I absolutely love what I do and believe in my innate ability to connect with people, see what’s under the surface, and work together to take realistic steps towards their goals. Even while I’m staying in the coaching role, you will get to know me as a real person. While the focus is, of course, the life and work of my clients, you will get to know the genuine me as well.

You can expect sessions with me to have some laughs, perhaps some tears, and plenty of aha moments. I will never judge you, but I will challenge you to reach your goals and see things that you haven’t seen before. I would love to chat for a few minutes to see if we’re a good fit—and if we’re not, I can give you referrals or some tips on how to search for someone that can better meet your needs.
